Creating Opportunities for young people
Do you have pupils who are ready to leave school or have already left but are not sure what the future holds?
Are you working with young people looking to build self-esteem and learn new skills to help find paid employment?
Are you supporting young people aged 16 – 24 who feel anxious about the future because they are not in education or training and would love to find out how to start building their future?
If you answered YES to these questions East Dunbartonshire Voluntary Action, working with other partner agencies could help them find skilled volunteering opportunities, write a CV, secure a reference, and assist with interview skills.
Contact Mandy on Amanda.given@edva.org or call 07591 178088. You can find the Choose Change referral form by clicking the button below.
We promote volunteering roles received from organisations, groups and individuals to raise awareness of the fantastic volunteering opportunities across East Dunbartonshire and are provided for general information only.
Whilst we offer support, guidance and information, responsibility for those volunteering with these organisations lies with the individual volunteer and the project concerned and not with EDVA
For this reason EDVA does not accept liability for any loss harm or injury of any sort arising form or in connection with participation in the volunteer activity.
The Saltire Awards is a national programme, endorsed by the Scottish Government, designed to recognise the achievements of young people who take part in volunteering.
