Monthly Newsletter; Befriending and Lunch Clubs

During our regular telephone conversations, several people have suggested the Befriending and Lunch Club Team provide a newsletter on a monthly basis at the end of every month. We hope to make this both fun and informative and would love yuou to become involved by sending in stories, recipes, quizzes etc. which we can put in future editions.
